CLUBCORP FORMS CLUBRESORTS
ClubCorp has formed ClubResorts, which will replace what was formerly known
as The Pinehurst Company.
NEW SIGNATURE GOLD BENEFITS
The deadline to upgrade to or sign up for the newly expanded Signature Gold
program (without an initiation fee) expires Nov. 30. Note: To receive the
new benefits, members with Signature Gold benefits must use the special
ClubLine phone number (866.989.GOLD) to make reservations, tee times, and
other various requests.
GOLF AND HOCKEY MATCH UP
In an unprecedented partnership, the Dallas Stars hockey team and ClubCorp
have joined forces to align a private country club with the team’s concept.
The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, Texas, was recently renamed the
Dallas Stars Country Club at Stonebridge Ranch. A renovation of the
Stonebridge Clubhouse (Dye Course) is planned and will include a variety of
new amenities and a team-inspired decor. Existing club members will be given
vouchers for complimentary tickets and a parking pass to a Dallas Stars game
each season, plus admittance to various other exclusive team-related events,
discounts, and season-ticket packages.
GOLF TOURNEY DOWN UNDER
The PGA Tour of Australasia’s 72nd annual New South Wales Open will be
played at Macquarie Links International Golf Club in Sydney, New
South Wales, Australia Nov. 20-23. Designed by Robin Nelson, the par-72,
18-hole course features creeks, lakes, and rolling natural terrain with a
spin toward a more traditional style of golf. Terry Price was the winner of
the 2002 tournament.
LOBSTER FEAST COMES ASHORE
Mouthwatering lobster meat and warm, drawn butter will be served when
Associate Clubs participate in the 12th annual Lobster Feast dinners, Nov. 7
or 14. A portion of this year’s proceeds will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis
Foundation. Other menu items include New England clam chowder, salad, corn
on the cob, apple pie, and a beverage. Contact your club for more

BROADWAY GETS BETTER
Get the best seats in the house for the Los Angeles production of The
Producers, starring Jason Alexander and Martin Short. Broadway Inner
