Liver and onions.

After growing up with my Mom’s cooking.

Dom DeLuise, Paul Prudomme, Mom, and Dad.

What is your favorite foreign cuisine?
Euro-asian.

What is always in your refrigerator at home?
Dijon mustard.

What is your most used cookbook?
The Professional Chef.

Who’s your favorite television chef?
Ming Tsai.

What would you have for your last meal?
Bison tenderloin.

What is your favorite kitchen gadget?
Tasting spoon.

Do you have a favorite indulgence?
Chocolate.

How does your personal taste influence the club menu?
I enjoy creating fusion cuisine. Therefore, it shows on my menu through my passion of cooking and being a great chef. I also have a great staff and am able to explore the horizons on all types of different dishes.
