IT TAKES A VILLAGE
The Cardiff Devils ice hockey team already is making its home in the new Ice Centre at the Cardiff International Sports Village. When the entire village is completed in 2010, this world-class sporting facility and destination resort in the capital city of Wales will also include shops, restaurants, bars, a casino, a hotel, and more. The new attraction ultimately is expected to attract 3.5 million visitors annually and provide training facilities for British and visiting athletes in the buildup to the London 2012 Olympics. www.cardiffsportsvillage.co.uk
