Acquisition

MEDINA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, Medina, Minn.
Just 20 miles west of downtown Minneapolis, ClubCorp's first Minnesota club boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, a nine-hole short course, four Har-Tru tennis courts, and a pool with a diving board and waterslide. The 45,000-square-foot clubhouse features a 300-capacity Grand Ballroom, formal and informal dining options, and plenty of meeting space. Expect upgrades to the golf course, practice facilities, and aquatics area within the next two years.

Off-season expeditions:
Too cold for golf? The club grooms the cart path on the back nine during the snowy season for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Renovations

BERNARDO HEIGHTS COUNTRY CLUB, San Diego, Calif.
An expansive reinvention benefited this entire club, from the fresh entry area to the outdoor veranda, which doubled in size. Hang out at the expanded bar or watch the big game in the new media area.

MARSH CREEK COUNTRY CLUB, St. Augustine, Fla.
Take a yoga, cycle, or Pilates class at this club's updated fitness center, decked out with upgraded locker rooms and just-added spin bikes, free weights, and other equipment. After working out, grab a bite at the new snack bar and kick back in the screened patio area with golf course and tennis court views.

ROLLING GREEN COUNTRY CLUB, Arlington Heights, Ill
This club's two-year reinvention project began with a modernized lobby, fitness area, and boardroom, and wrapped up this past summer with the unveiling of an enhanced pool area.
