• These Official Rules apply to the “Red Bull Drink Recipe Sweepstakes” conducted and co-sponsored by ClubCorp Publications, Inc. aka Private Clubs Magazine, 3030 LBJ Freeway, Suite 500, Dallas, Texas 75234 and Red Bull North America, Inc., 1740 Stewart Street, Santa Monica CA 90404, collectively “Sponsors”). The Sweepstakes begins September 21, 2009 and ends October 26, 2009. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico) and 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. All employees of Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, agents, officers and employees dealing with this Sweepstakes and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible.

• TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.PrivateClubs.com and vote for your favorite Red Bull recipe from the options provided (the “Web Site”) for the Sweepstakes. To be eligible, you must provide your first and last name, address, telephone number, physical mailing address and e-mail address. You may also enter via mail by: hand-printing one favorite drink recipe name from the following: 1) Mango Tango; 2) Co-Co Crazy; 3) Passionate Bull; 4) Red Bulltini with a twist of mango; 5) The Albatros, and the following information about yourself: complete name, age, complete address with zip code, email address and daytime phone number on a 3"x5" card and mailing it in a first class postage paid envelope to: Private Clubs Magazine, 3030 LBJ Freeway, Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75234 Attn: Red Bull Sweepstakes. No other method of entry will be accepted. All mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 26, 2009. Only one entry per person allowed regardless of method for entering. Photocopied, mechanically produced, or computer generated entries will not be accepted. Entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will not be accepted. Photocopied, mechanically produced, or computer generated entries will not be accepted. Sponsors is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, late, incomplete, misdirected, returned, postage-due or undelivered entries, or for inability to access phone number or physical address. Sponsors is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or failure, whether caused by tampering, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction, or alteration of, entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

• Winner Selection: One (1). Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 26, 2009, from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail within fourteen (14) days of selection. If Winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if Winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate Winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same physical mailing address account, the winner will be the authorized resident of the physical address used to enter the Sweepstakes. The potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized physical mailing address associated with the winning entry.

• Prize:The Prize includes: A two day trip for two to a selected 2010 PGA Tour event with the opportunity to walk the golf course with Camillo Villegas. The trip includes: (1) Accommodations - Two (2) nights, double occupancy lodging, including all applicable taxes, fees and gratuities, however, such expense shall not exceed $600; (2) Airfare - Two (2) coach class U.S. domestic airline tickets booked through TravelStore, Inc. at the Red Bull NA corporate office. Airline tickets must be reserved at least two weeks in advance and may include other restrictions. The expense of the two coach airline tickets shall not exceed $1000.00; (3) Rental Car - One full-size Rental car provided by National Rental Car for two consecutive days with unlimited mileage. Reservations for this rental car must be made through TravelStore, Inc. at the Red Bull NA corporate office. Rental car expense including all applicable taxes and fees shall not exceed $250; (4) Meals - One breakfast and one dinner daily for two, not to exceed two Breakfasts and two Dinners over two consecutive days. Meal expense including any applicable taxes and gratuities shall not exceed $300. The selected tour event shall be determined based on availability and events that Camillo Villegas plays in during the 2010 PGA season. Winner and Winner's guest are responsible for their own transportation to the departing airport. The Prize is subject to black out dates and contingent upon availability. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or substituted. The Prize must be used in 2010. All taxes, gratuities, expenses and/or fees, including but not limited to, laundry, bar bills (unless specifically provided for herein), phone calls, governmental fees, transfers, insurance, and any other taxes are solely the responsibility of Winner and Winner's guest. Winner and Winners guest must travel together. All prize details, including itinerary and type of accommodations are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion. The retail value of the prize is approximately $2,500, but may vary depending on Prize selected. Written notification will be sent either the day of the drawing or within seven (7) days of the drawing. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with Official Rules and a liability and publicity release. Winner must supply Sponsors with his/her social security number collect prize. Failure to execute and return any requested documents within thirty (30) days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in the awarding of prize to an alternate Winner. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

• Use of Entrant Information: By entering you grant Sponsors permission to post Winners' names and likeness, voice, photo, or other information in Sponsors' magazine, newsletters, and web pages and to use Winner's name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion including with Sponsors affiliates without further compensation or review unless prohibited by law. Sponsors will not share entrant information with third parties (not including Sponsors' parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) for direct marketing purposes. Sponsors may contact entrants in the future with offers they determine to be of interest. • General Conditions: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is void where prohibited, and in any country outside the United States. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsors is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsors reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering and/or participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstakes, any prize won or in any Sweepstakes-related activity. Sponsors are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. In its sole determination, Sponsors may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Web site, or who acts in violation of the Official Rules, or acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsors' sole opinion, compromised by virus, bugs, software defects, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the Sponsors' sole opinion, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsors reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes in Sponsors' sole discretion.

• Winners List: Names of the Winner may be posted on the Web site on or about the November 9, 2009.
