Oro Valley Country Club Oro Valley, Ariz.
Gather with your friends for some post-round conversation beside the sleek fire pit on the club's modernized patio. Then, inside, take a seat in the new Whiskey Tree Bar at the quirky communal table, which depicts the story of a past member who stashed whiskey bottles in a tree near the 15th hole for fellow members to imbibe from during tournaments.

Gainey Ranch Golf Club
Scottsdale, Ariz.
Take in expansive views of the scenic McDowell Mountains from inside the club thanks to four folding glass doors that create one integrated indoor/outdoor dining space when opened. This new area, called Crossroads, serves Southwestern fare. The club embraces its legacy with photos in the entryway and hallways showing its origins as an Arabian horse and cattle farm.

The Woodlands Country Club The Woodlands, Texas
This summer, head to the club's renovated pool area, where the kiddos can try their hands at the main pool's cool climbing wall. Then sip a refreshing beverage at the outdoor bar and step into the shade of the private family cabanas. The stylish Legends dining and bar area honors Arnold Palmer, who designed the golf course, and George Mitchell, the Texas oil man who developed the club.

Windermere Golf Club and Olde Atlanta Golf Club Cumming and Suwanee, Ga.
One membership gets you access to both of these revamped clubs. At Windermere (left), the whole family can fit at the fashionable communal table opposite a media wall loaded with three large flat-screen TVs in the new Elevations restaurant. About five miles south, at Olde Atlanta (below), dine at the Grille featuring cozy, new plush seating, and test your skills on the new shuffleboard table.
